(I wasn't going to part with my "secret sauce" but a man
said, "tell me and I'll give you money - so, here goes...")

SECRET SAUCE
Go to the supermarket...
Buy a good all-purpose "base" sauce...
(Sweet Baby Ray's or Chris & Pitts  - a normal RED sauce)

ALSO buy sauces in the following flavors
Honey Sauce
Hickory Sauce
Honey -Teriyaki Sauce
Garlic & Onion Flavor Sauce
Jack Daniel's - GREAT TOO
Teriyaki Marinade

<<Now you have a refrigerator full of sauce>>
What do you do with them?

START
with your "base sauce" - then add some of EACH
of the sauces...(taste) add more of what you like!

Make a bunch...and when you start grilling...
SLOP IT ON!
Smother your BBQ food with Aloha Joe's "secret" sauce and people will wonder -
is Aloha Joe here?

HOW TO BBQ NECTARINES
by Aloha JOE
®

Wash the fruit and cut around the equator
of the fruit...
Remove the seed!
Place in a pan and pour some thick-ish
sugar water.  Then add some brown sugar!!

COVER and LET SIT in the refrigerator
for a few hours!!!

When ready....plop them on the GRILL!

Turn them over a few times...and when you start seeing
grill marks....they are finished.
<note: I'm using an aluminum grill cover...>

WERE THEY GOOD??????????????

I put the 8 pieces on a plate...sent them to the kitchen
to be put on buffet table...
Then I finished cooking!  By the time I got to the kitchen...
there was just a tiny piece remaining!!!
EVERYBODY LOVED THEM!!!!!!!

Try it for your next party...
BUT keep one with you!!!!
<just in case>

"Sauce can be made in large quantities and stored in the refrigerator indefinitely but it's so "ono" it will be gone before you know it!
Best used for BBQ...but can be used in oven."
