BACK TO CLUB WAIKIKI
BANANA-COCONUT DELIGHT
At a recent luau,
"local" friends served this tasty
drink virgin;
BUT
with the addition of a
jigger of rum,
it becomes an ethereal libation.
No paper umbrellas,

1/2 cup coconut
milk
1 banana, broken in quarters
1/2/ cup pineapple juice
1 tbs chocolate syrup
1-1/2 oz rum, optional
In a blender, mix 1/2 cup ice cubes, coconut milk, banana, pineapple juice,
chocolate syrup and optional rum.
Puree on high for 60 seconds. Serve
frosty cold. This tastes like a cross between a Mounds bar, a pina` colada
AND a chocolate-dipped banana.
If
you're a chocoholic, you can add as much chocolate syrup
as your stomach can
