Barbecue
Whole Salmon 1 Medium size, whole/headless, salmon
(cut open, but not through - make into "hinged parts")
3 large tomatoes - sliced
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 large lemon - sliced thin
Place cleaned salmon on a large piece of heavy foil.
Make sure the salmon is placed flat, skin side down.
Spread mayonnaise on 1 side of the fish, layer the sliced tomatoes on
the mayonnaise. Put the salmon back together, as a whole
fish. Layer the lemon slices over the salmon. Wrap with
foil, place on a Hot BBQ grill for 1/2 hour (or until fish flakes
easily)
You can also do this with salmon steaks.
