Ingredients
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 - 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple with syrup
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
Mix all ingredients together, pour into a 9X13 inch pan
or 6 small loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees, 35 to 40 minutes.
If you use the small loaf pans, they should be ready in about 20 minutes, but check with a toothpick to see
if the cakes are done.
Topping
1/4 pound margarine or butter
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 cup powder sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix at high speed, spread on COOLED CAKES.
These cakes are ono and not sweet.
